These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ziowear website at www.ziowear.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Ziowear. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us" and "our" refer to Ziowear. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
2. Eligibility
By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use the Site.
3. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colors, images and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, and garment measurements may vary slightly. Please review each product's size guidance before ordering.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already placed. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Accepted payment methods are described in our Payment Policy.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. See our Order Cancellation Policy for cancellations you request.
6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

7. Accounts
Creating an account is optional; you can check out as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Ziowear or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

10. Third-Party Services
Payments and other services may be provided by third parties such as Shopify and PayPal. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ziowear will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased from it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
