Orders

How do I place an order?
Choose your item, select your color and size, then click "Add to Cart" or "Buy It Now." Follow the steps at checkout to enter your shipping details and payment. You can check out as a guest — no account is required.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You'll receive an order confirmation email right after your purchase. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request a change or cancellation any time before your order ships. See our Order Cancellation Policy for details.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After shipping, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

How can I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking number when your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free — we provide a prepaid return label.

How do I start a return?
Email support@ziowear.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid label and instructions.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post it.

Can I exchange an item?
Please return the original item and place a new order for the size or color you'd like.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Available options are shown at checkout.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. The total you see at checkout, including any applicable sales tax, is what you pay. All prices are in US dollars.

Products & Sizing

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes size guidance. Some styles may run smaller than standard US sizing; if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Contact us anytime for sizing help.

Will the color look exactly like the photos?
We photograph products as accurately as possible, but colors can look slightly different depending on your screen.
